We consult remotely or in-person for our human patients.

Homeocare

      THE PROCESS

      • Please visit the ‘Request an Appointment’ section of our website and follow the necessary steps outlined there to select a few preferred slots and make the payment
      • We will set up a 1 – 1.5 hour long first consultation case history appointment based on mutual convenience
      • You will be requested to share relevant reports, prescriptions, photographs and videos as required, over email
      • The first consultation discussion must be on a video call, in case of remote consultation.
      • After the consultation, we will send medicines by courier to your doorstep.
      • Some medicines which need to be applied locally or used in liquid form may have to be purchased separately by you since we can’t ship liquids

        For ANIMALS

        We consult remotely via phone calls for animal cases.

        • We will set up a 30-min long first consultation case history appointment based on mutual convenience.
        • You will be requested to share relevant reports, prescriptions, photographs and videos as required, over email
        • The first consultation will be done via a phone call, for animal cases
        • After the consultation, we will send medicines by courier to your doorstep.
        • Some medicines which need to be applied locally or used in liquid form may have to be purchased separately by you since we can’t ship liquids.

        Important notes

        Consultation charges must be paid in advance to confirm an appointment, and medicine + shipping charges must be paid in advance, post consultation, for medicines to be dispatched.

        • No consultation charges are applicable and only medicine and courier charges are applicable from the second month onwards.
        • The medicines will carry detailed instructions on dosage and administration. You can ask any other questions you have once you start the medicines.
        • Consultation charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
        • Medicine charges are not refundable once the medicines have been dispatched from our end.
        • Courier services are used optimally as per availability, reach and timelines. In extraordinary/force majeure situations like natural disasters, pandemics or other similar situations, the same might be affected. Best efforts will be made to dispatch medicines using available means in such circumstances. Patients are requested to bear with the same and cooperate.
        • Homeopathic medicines are usually never prescribed. This is because medicines and diseases/conditions do not have a one to one correspondence. Same disease might require a different medication if underlying mental root cause(s) is different. Hence, medicines are never prescribed to curb the tendency of self-medication at patient’s end.
        • Emergency medicine prescriptions may be given in case medicine delivery is not possible in a reasonable timeline, or if the situation warrants it. This is, however, at the sole discretion of the doctor(s).
